On Wednesday, 15 March, ASCA will be hosting a Chinese culinary meet-up at Khujug in Zurich. We invite all our members and people interested in getting to know us* for a typical Chinese “sharing-is-caring” meal with a selection of dishes. The final part of our event is a China-themed Pub Quiz.

This will be a great opportunity to get to know one another and have a chat about China at a culturally suiting and inspiring venue.

March, in Zürich, one of our ASCA founding members will share some first-hand experience and insights after her recent return from the Olympic and Paralympic Villages. You have a chance to hear some interesting stories, ask questions about the games and, of course, to enjoy the rest of your evening together with the ASCA community.

At our first General Assembly, we will also officially launch our association! Originally planned for spring 2020, a new date and time will be determined for fall 2020 according to the Covid-19 situation.

The Association of Swiss China Alumni (ASCA) invites you to participate in our Chinese-German Language Corner (汉德角)! We are anticipating an interesting evening filled with language-related games in order to practice our language skills in Chinese or German. These activities are followed by the opportunity to get to know each other during an apéro. Exact date to be determined according to the Covid-19 situation.

Join us on a tour through the collection of Chinese art in the Museum Rietberg! Afterwards we’ll enjoy a Chinese dinner in the nearby restaurant Beyond. ASCA covers the entry fee to the museum, participants will have to cover the dinner.
