Vision and Goals
The Association of Swiss China Alumni (ASCA) is a platform enabling exchange among Swiss residents who have studied in China and the wider Sinosphere. It furthermore aims to foster a more in-depth and nuanced understanding of China in Switzerland.
Organisation
ASCA was founded in March 2019 by eleven individuals of different ages and academic backgrounds. While we all speak German and French fluently, we opted for a Website in English to ensure maximum reach with minimum work input. ASCA is an autonomous, non-profit and politically independent association. The opinions, interests and activities of our members, partners and guests do not necessarily represent the association. ASCA is a member-driven organization whose core operations are coordinated by the Board.
